Position Overview:

RecruitGo is seeking a Prospection Team Leader who will oversee the effective operation of all stages of the prospecting process, ensuring that established procedures and prerequisites are followed. This role is responsible for managing and leading a team of prospectors, fostering their development, and ensuring consistent communication with the Procurement Department. The Prospection Team Leader will ensure compliance with internal regulations, procurement procedures, and deadlines, while also facilitating the continuous development of team members to meet both qualitative and quantitative goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of prospectors to achieve company objectives.
• Develop the skills and capabilities of team members through coaching and training.
• Participate in the recruitment and selection of new prospecting team members.
• Maintain regular communication with the Procurement Department, providing updates and ensuring smooth coordination.
• Ensure the team adheres to internal regulations, procurement procedures, and deadlines.
• Share knowledge and provide guidance to junior negotiators, helping them navigate the prospecting process.
• Continuously monitor and assess the team's performance, making improvements where necessary.
• Engage in proactive and professional communication with external parties, including suppliers, partners, vendors, and contractors.

Requirements:

• Strong managerial and leadership skills, with experience in team management.
• Creative and innovative thinking to solve challenges and improve processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities, both in French and English.
• Proficiency in IT tools and software relevant to the role.
• High energy, curiosity, and a proactive mindset.
• Strong analytical skills, with an ability to listen actively and synthesize information effectively.
• Experience of at least 2 years in managing a team within a call center or equivalent.
