You’ll create impact by

• Reviewing and understanding client's project specification.
• Preparing project calculations, technical and commercial offer documentation for submission to the client in a timely manner.
• Giving presentation or technical support during clarification meetings with clients and following up submissions to learn current project status, recording reasons behind outcomes, and updating the offer status.
• Coordinating with Project Engineer, M&E Engineer, Commercial, Purchasing, and Logistic teams during offer preparation and preparing Project handover with clear scope, technical and commercial aspects, from Proposal to Project Engineering.
• Responding to questions and clarifications arising from proposal/offer submitted as customer requirements.
• Extending support to regional sales in order to secure projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Power from a reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Low Voltage Switchgear Proposal.
• Technical knowledge of Low Voltage / Medium Voltage Switchgear and Energy systems.
• Good proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both oral and written, with effective communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, highly motivated, fast learner, and resilient.
• Computer literate in MS Office, VISIO, and Microsoft Project would be an advantage.
