Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in property management, real estate, or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of leasing, facility management, and financial planning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in property management software and CRM tools.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily property operations, ensuring smooth tenant relations and maintenance.
• Develop strategies to increase occupancy rates and optimize revenue.
• Ensure compliance with property regulations and safety standards.
• Manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and maximize profitability.
