Property Management Trainee

About the Role

As a Property Management Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive learning journey across key functions in property management, leasing, and marketing. Throughout the program, you will gain exposure to property leasing, marketing strategies, tenant relations, and property management operations, all while contributing to the overall success of our property portfolio.

Career Development

As you gain more experience, you will be gradually exposed to higher responsibilities, including the management of more complex leasing processes, marketing strategies, and property management tasks. You will receive mentorship and coaching to help you transition into roles such as Assistant Casual Leasing Manager, Assistant Leasing Manager, and Assistant Marketing Manager.

What will you be doing?

Leasing & Casual Leasing:

• Work closely with the leasing team to learn how to market and lease available spaces to potential tenants.
• Support the coordination of casual leasing events, ensuring that tenants have an optimal experience while leasing short-term spaces.
• Assist in organizing and preparing lease documentation, lease renewals, and negotiations with tenants.

Marketing Support:

• Assist in creating and executing marketing strategies to promote leasing opportunities and property awareness.
• Help with creating content for digital platforms, signage, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
• Participate in the planning of promotional events and initiatives to attract new tenants.

Reporting and Administration:

• Learn how to prepare and analyze reports on occupancy rates, lease renewals, and market trends.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leases, contracts, and tenant communications.
• Support in coordinating with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.

What do we look for?

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Economic & Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Architect, and Civil Engineering with 3.00 minimum GPA.
• Fresh Graduates or have working experience for 1-2 years.
• Fluent English skill is mandatory.
• Basic understanding of real estate leasing principles and property management processes is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good leadership & communication skill.
• A self-starter who is motivated, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Persistence in achieving work result.
• Willing to be placed in all across Indonesia (Living World or Living Plaza sites).
