We are currently partnering with one of the biggest real estate companies who is looking for a Property Business Analyst to help them in this time of growth.

Job Description

• Gather data from various departments, including finance, sales, operations, and IT, to create a comprehensive view of the company's performance.
• Clean, organize, and analyze financial and operational data using strong analytical skills.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and strategic planning.
• Create clear and concise reports and dashboards that effectively communicate complex data to shareholders and management.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare presentations to deliver data-driven insights to shareholders and management, recommending courses of action based on findings.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and reporting.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Real Estate, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably in a data-driven or real estate environment.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and data analysis methods.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify key insights from data.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor reports and presentations to different audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with financial modeling software (e.g., Financial Modeling Language) a plus.
