Promotion Analyst

PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our client who is looking for Promotion Analyst to be placed in Surabaya

Responsibilities:

• Review when business support analyst submits pricing and action proposals for product promos, salesmen & stores all products all regions related to the content (wording and calculation implementation) so as not to conflict with tax regulations and in accordance with the budget
• Create detailed promo reports starting from pricing, action proposals, realization and dispensation in the form of discounts or incentives from the time of proposal submission, calculation realization, product request, and payment implementation per product per region per product category per promo recipient (distributor, salesmen & stores) per promo function (regular / tactical) along with its analysis including for the purpose of recording promo cost accruals in accounting
• Monitoring the process of proposals, realization, requests and realization of promo payments
• Prepare archives of evidence of all types of proposals and realization of promo calculations for evidence during audits
• Create detailed reports on remaining unpaid promos (promo balance cards)

Requirements:

• At least Bachelor's degree from any major
• Have around 3 years of experience in similar role in trading industry
• Have experience in Accounting
• Up to date with Tax Law
• Have Brevet A&B
