• Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineer, Architecture, or Marketing Management
• At least 4 years experience in related working experience
• Experience in project management and sales leadership
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets (project pipeline)
• Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
