Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop annual business plan, growth and strategy
  • Achieve annual and quarterly sales target
  • Engage and expand relationship with project key stakeholders: consultants, contractors, and end-users/owners
  • Develop new business opportunities, segments, and product focus to drive profitability and competitiveness
  • Manage collaboration with principals and brands
  • Execute and deliver turn-key projects satisfactorily

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Min. 28 years old
  • Bachelor/Master degree in marketing, engineering, preferably electrical background
  • Having min. 2+ years experience in B2B sales/professional segments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive and creative problem solver
  • Strong sales drive as well as target-oriented
  • Good track record of leadership and organization experience
  • Possess integrity, persistence, and honesty
