Project Monitoring Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and consistently perform the high-quality standard project management methodologies & best practices.
• Monitor and control project performance, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Identify, assess, manage project risks or issues, and able to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, seek feedback, and provide innovative solutions to meet customer requirements and deliver improvements. Provide engineering support during the bid phase, support presentation of proposals to customers, work with business development to target new opportunities, and present new technology and innovation at conferences and client events.
• Review technical specifications and documents for engineered equipment, materials, engineering, and contracts. Understanding of Mechanical/Electrical engineering, especially in automotive, critical mission projects, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• S1 / S2 Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience
• Preferably have automotive/telecommunication background
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
