Project Manager - Operational Salon

We are looking for passionate PROJECT MANAGER - Salon Operation for our branches in Jakarta Area. This position will be responsible for overseeing our branch's projects & day-to-day operations, including planning, organizing, analyzing, and implementing them.

• SMU, Diploma, or Bachelor degree from any major.
• ENGLISH proficiency is a must (oral and written).
• Experienced as Store manager or Supervisor in the Beauty clinic/Salon/Hospitality field.
• Have a big passion for the beauty field, especially eyelash, nails, and beauty grooming.
• Strong leadership & communication skills which can be demonstrated.
• Strong analytical skill, problem-solving abilities, and well organized.

Main Responsibilities of the position:

• Supervise & lead operations of beauty salon/stores/branches (leading daily briefing, running checklist, supervising operations).
• Willing to be mobile in Jakarta Area.
• Implement standard operating procedures.
• Conduct staff development and training.
• Make decisions on-site for daily operational issues.
• Handle customer complaints.
• Prepare Daily Closing Report for Finance & Accounting Dept.
• Understand commission rules or payment systems for employees.
• Able to work collaboratively with other departments (HRD, FA, etc.).
