Job Description:

PT. Natarang Mining is a gold mining company currently in the early stages of mine construction in Lampung, Indonesia. We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager (Mining Construction) to lead and manage infrastructure and construction development at the site.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee end-to-end mining infrastructure and plant construction activities.
2. Lead coordination with EPC contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
3. Ensure timely, safe, and cost-efficient delivery of project milestones.
4. Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines.
5. Enforce HSE standards and regulatory compliance at all times.
6. Report progress and challenges to senior management regularly.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
2. At least 10 years of experience in large-scale industrial or mining construction projects.
3. Strong background in managing site construction and multi-discipline contractors.
4. Familiar with construction standards, QA/QC procedures, and project control.
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
6. Willing to work on a FIFO rotation at our Lampung site.
7. Available for a contract-based position.
