PROJECT MANAGER MECHANICAL EPC (Oil, Gas & Petrochemical)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum of 10 years experience as Project Manager in EPC Project for Oil & Gas and mining Industry.
• Ability to lead a team and report out to Senior Management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence cross-discipline teams.
• Construction health & safety knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be capable of devising new approaches to problems encountered.
• Due to the dynamic nature of the renewable energy market, the ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies is a must.
• Experience with estimating or designing electrical systems is preferred. Knowledge of photovoltaic systems, NEC requirements, and construction practices is preferred.
• The position requires the ability to effectively multi-task and manage numerous projects/tasks simultaneously, frequently within aggressive and compressed schedule.
• The ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
• Ability to maintain project schedule and achieve target due dates.
• Willing to be located throughout Indonesia.
