Project Manager (early work contracts & EPC tender documents development)

Jakarta based - residential full time
12 month contract + extendable

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering disciplines, Commercial, Contract, and Law.
2. Minimum 15 years in oil/gas industries with more than 5 years related to Construction.
3. Have experience in developing early work contracts, EPC tender documents, integration yard strategy, long lead items identification covering hull fabrication, integration, topside module fabrication.

Job Description:

Working with the FEED Consortium resident Company Teams, develop strategies to progress the LLI Procurement for the latter stages of FEED through to EPCI start. This includes forms of procurement whether lump sum, open book, other forms of reimbursement and combinations of such.

Design and develop early identification and tracking system and tools of any deviation for overall marine technical integration in the production system; manage the team to communicate the tracking status to related departments, contractors, and other stakeholders, and to develop a database of technical integration.

Supporting the FPSO Senior Manager and Company SCM, provide leadership during the EPCI tendering process to ensure a balanced evaluation should the tenders be based upon differing structures (provisional sums, reimbursable components, differing local content, etc.).
