Project Manager – Alais Wedding

Alais Wedding is looking for a passionate and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in planning, managing, and executing wedding events to ensure every detail runs smoothly and beautifully.

Requirements:

1. Male or Female
2. Previous experience working in an Event Organizer (EO) or Wedding Organizer (WO)
3. Strong knowledge of traditional Chinese wedding customs and ceremonies
4. Agile, able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
5. Creative, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage wedding projects from start to finish
2. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
3. Ensure smooth execution of events according to the couple’s vision
4. Maintain timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction
5. Solve problems on the go and ensure all aspects of the event are handled professionally
