Project Manager

OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for our client, a construction company in Bali to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget.
2. Act as the main point of contact between client, project owners, and internal team to address concerns, resolve issues, and provide progress updates.
3. Manage and direct project teams, including subcontractors, engineers, architects, and consultants.
4. Develop and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, progress reports, and budgets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Min. Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
2. Having min. 7 years of working experience as Project Manager.
3. Experienced in Residential, Resort, or High-rise building projects.
