[Job Requirements]
1. More than 3 years of experience in communication construction project management, with successful project management experience;
2. Excellent project management skills, familiar with project management tools and methods;
3. Good organizational and leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
4. Capable of independently solving problems, withstanding pressure, and managing multiple tasks;
5. PMP or similar project management qualification certificate is preferred;
6. Speaking Chinese is preferred.

[Job Responsibilities]
1. Responsible for the overall planning of communication construction projects, developing detailed and feasible project plans based on project requirements, contract requirements, and company resource status, including construction schedule arrangements, personnel deployment plans, material procurement plans, etc., to ensure the achievement of project goals.
2. According to project requirements, responsible for building a professional and efficient project team, including technical personnel, construction personnel, quality management personnel, etc., to ensure that team members have the corresponding qualifications and skills.
3. Manage and coordinate project members, as well as external resources and partners, accurately understand and execute customer requirements, and ensure the orderly and timely implementation of the project;
4. Organize and carry out project quality inspection and acceptance work, strictly control the quality of key processes and concealed works during the construction process, timely discover and rectify quality problems, and prevent the occurrence of quality accidents;
5. Based on the project plan, develop a detailed progress monitoring plan, regularly track and evaluate the project progress, coordinate resources from all parties, optimize the construction process, adjust the construction plan reasonably, and ensure timely delivery of the project;
6. Complete project file output and standardized management, and archive project output files as required;
7. Supervise the implementation of the R&D project management plan, regularly track and evaluate project progress, organize work reports regularly, and supervise the implementation of the plan;
8. Handle potential risks and issues to ensure compliance with quality standards.
