8-10 years experience involving project management and/or launching new products (preferably with banking or financial services)
Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as business administration, economics, finance, computer science, engineering.
Experience in client engagement in product management / specialist roles
Good balance between strategic thinking and detailed, flawless execution with attention to detail
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
Proven experience in program and project management in a matrixed, multi-country, and multi-cultural environment
Demonstrated ability to research, understand business processes and propose ideas to deliver solutions
Adept at gathering required internal approvals, managing launch plans and communications. This requires the ability to own and deliver a plan or work collaboratively on larger projects
Nice to have:
Understand the macro trends impacting payments, banks and financial services and assimilate the information to develop value propositions and execute client adoption
Masters Degree in related fields a plus
Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee card acquisition strategy and implementation
Support customer communication planning to drive increased card usage in targeted segments working with product managers, finance, operations, legal, compliance, user experience, and external partners as required
Implement initiatives to improve the overall card payment experience
Plan and manage the program of work, ensuring milestones are met and resources are used appropriately
Prepare and circulate regular project status updates for stakeholders and leadership, seeking clarification and support where needed
