Assist Project Manager to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional technology teams (Product Manager, UI/UX Designer, UX Researcher, Software Engineer, Mobile Engineer, Front End Engineer, QA) to ensure smooth project execution.
Track and report project progress, proactively identifying risks and potential blockers.
Facilitate regular project meetings, keeping detailed notes and ensuring action items are assigned and tracked.
Help ensure projects adhere to Agile or other project management methodologies and processes.
Maintain project documentation, including status reports, schedules, and change logs.
Serve as a point of contact for team members and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
Assist in resource allocation, ensuring that team members are working on prioritized tasks.
Track and monitor project performance, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, project management, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology company or software development environment.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and related tools (Asana, Google Workspace, Figma, etc.).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to liaise with technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members across various functions.
Basic understanding of software development processes, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying blockers and finding solutions.
