Project Management Officer Mandarin Speaker

Job Description:

1. Oversee the entire Purchase Order (PO) management process from start to finish.
2. Prepare project budgets and maintain accurate cost ledgers.
3. Track and evaluate operational efficiency and project performance.
4. Manage the internal project management system and ensure data accuracy through audits.
5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify issues, resolve concerns, and implement corrective measures.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a PMO Manager or in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
3. Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
5. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
