Job description

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Landscape
Minimum of 2 years of experience
Experienced in handling multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership qualities
Good design sense within the Hospitality industry
Strong communication skills with clients and able to present effectively to clients
Skilled in Lumion, D5, SketchUp, CAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

Participate in project planning and design, including initial sketches, conceptual design development, and creation of detailed and clear construction drawings
Interact with clients to understand their needs and expectations and provide clear project updates
Coordinate with QS (Quantity Surveyor) and provide suggestions regarding the client's budget expectations set at the beginning of the project
Oversee construction project execution to ensure the design and specifications are properly followed
Manage and supervise landscape projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
