Project Landscape Architect

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Landscape
• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Experienced in handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership qualities
• Good design sense within the Hospitality industry
• Strong communication skills with clients and able to present effectively to clients
• Skilled in Lumion, SketchUp, CAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

• Participate in project planning and design, including initial sketches, conceptual design development, and creation of detailed and clear construction drawings
• Interact with clients to understand their needs and expectations and provide clear project updates
• Coordinate with QS (Quantity Surveyor) and provide suggestions regarding the client's budget expectations set at the beginning of the project
• Oversee construction project execution to ensure the design and specifications are properly followed
• Manage and supervise architectural projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
