Job Description:

As a Project Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost of construction projects in Nusa Penida. You will work closely with the project management team to ensure that all projects are completed within the allocated budget and timeline. Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting thorough cost analysis and estimation for all construction projects in Nusa Penida.
2. Creating detailed project budgets and providing cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and other expenses.
3. Collaborating with the project management team to ensure that all estimates are accurate and aligned with the project scope and timeline.
4. Identifying potential cost-saving opportunities and providing recommendations to the project team.
5. Gathering and analyzing data from various sources to determine accurate cost estimates.
6. Maintaining and updating a database of material and labor costs in Nusa Penida.
7. Communicating with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to obtain accurate pricing information.
8. Reviewing and evaluating bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
9. Preparing and presenting cost reports and estimates to the project management team and clients.
10. Ensuring that all cost estimates comply with company policies and procedures.
11. Keeping track of project expenses and providing regular progress reports to the project team.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in the villa or real estate industry.
3. Strong knowledge of construction materials, costs, and techniques.
4. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
7. Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
8. Knowledge of local construction laws and regulations in Nusa Penida is a plus.
