Project Engineer

• Good Problem solving and conflict management skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal, problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Preferable interested in the Elevator and Escalator industry.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced working environment.
• Exceptional Project Management skills.
• Excellent Computer literacy (MS Office).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the projects from start to completion, including resources (both material & labor).
• Control all material/inventory and ensure all materials/sub contractor cost are within the budget.
• Create the project plan, manpower plan, quality plan and logistics plan, including tools and other resources.
• Responsible for site installation methodology, leading project execution and completing a quality installation.
• Ensure that all project works are properly executed, on track and followed through for customer satisfaction.
• Participate in the site meetings/activities such as site coordination with property owners, architects, consultants, builders, and site supervisors.
• Work closely with the internal Operation, QC, MM, Finance to ensure a successful project from both the financial and customer perspectives.
• Regularly report projects work-in-progress status, highlight and report potential problems and risks and propose addressing solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies/procedures in modernization activities.
