Project Coordinator

Established for more than 20 years, we have a strong market presence in commercial buildings, industrial and oil & gas projects, specialized in fire pumps. Duties :

1. Coordinate and expedite project schedule.
2. Learn our products and services and ask questions to engineers & principals regarding engineering & technical terms.
3. Do case study on real problems on site regarding engineering or non-engineering.
4. Mitigate project problems and reduce communication barriers.
5. Prepare and review complete documentations for projects.
6. Direct communication with principals and customers for managing project process.
7. Coordinate across functions such as purchasing, logistics, finance, estimator, engineer, sales and admin.
8. Responsible to the customer by monitoring the project process from beginning to end and follow up the supporting members above.
9. Use project management applications such as Ms. Project or others.
10. Use advanced MS Office skills such as advanced PowerPoint, advanced Excel (with complete formula) and advanced MS Word.
11. Multitask in doing the jobs above within deadlines.

Requirements :

1. Experienced project coordinator / expeditor min. 3 years.
2. Mechanical engineering background is preferred.
3. Has great communication and teamwork skills.
4. Good documentation and filing skills.
5. Agile and strategic problem solver.
6. Has multitasking capability with persistency to accuracy.
7. Sharp mind, fierce, hardworking, possess integrity, responsible and trustworthy.
8. High computer literacy, understand how to use current applications trends for project management duties and documentation.
