Project Construction Manager

Manage new development hospital projects which already passed the initiation phase into the realization stage from design to handover.

Responsible for all new development projects in terms of given budgets, timelines, and high qualities.

Job Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architect.

Experience as Project Manager for 10 years in contractor/consultant/developer for high-rise and commercial building projects.

Hospital project background will be a plus.

Able to manage multiple projects at the same time.

Strong leadership and teamwork.

Strong communication skills and result-oriented.

Willing to be placed in Project Site & Corporate Office (South Tangerang)
