Project Architect

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for standard drawing detailing, review and material procurement process, also construction drawing submission and review process.
2. Participate in project-related meetings, solving design-related problems that occur at the project site.
3. Responsible for project construction site progress inspection, ensuring that construction meets drawing requirements.
4. Responsible for project planning, concept design, schematic design, and initial development construction-related tasks.

Qualifications:

1. Candidates must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
2. Have 4 years or more experience in the same position at a Real Estate project or 5 Stars Hotel.
3. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
4. Proficient understanding of specifications, sketches, mechanical electrical, construction, and shop drawings.
5. Proficient understanding of material depths and capabilities, with the ability to specify materials on drawings.
6. Proficient in producing complete construction sets.
7. Proficiency in using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
8. Proficiency in using 3D rendering software such as V-Ray, Lumion, or Escape is a plus.
9. It is preferred that the candidate already lives in Bali.
