Project and Service Engineer

Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced project and service engineer with strong interpersonal skills to assist with the rapid sales growth in our business in Indonesia. The focus of this position will be on the project management and after sales support of HMA Group products and systems, with opportunities provided (where appropriate) in other products within our group of companies, which makes this position interesting and challenging.
The successful candidate for this position will have a STRONG DRIVE to succeed and enthusiasm coupled with the relevant experience and industry contacts in the Indonesian mining market. The ideal candidate will be expected to demonstrate the following.

Requirements:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and develop relationships with internal and external customers
2. Deliver pre and post contract services including:
1. Scheduling and planning
2. Design co-ordination and problem solving
3. Financial management and reporting
4. Equipment inspection and commissioning
3. Provide feedback to senior management on critical contractual issues and advise a way forward
4. An ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
5. Develop the contract strategy, assessment and resolution of critical and project wide issues throughout the project lifecycle
6. Ability and willingness to travel (Domestic and International) and work on customers' sites is a MUST
7. Degree qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with site management experience
8. Experienced as QA/QC of steel fabrication
