Project and Quality Control Manager

Media Info Grup Indonesia is ready to welcome a new Project and Quality Control Manager to lead the Quality Control (QC) team and manage our projects. This role requires strong leadership to oversee and manage the workload of the Quality Control team and monitor the progress of the projects with the IT Development team.

The position of Project and Quality Control Manager is a full-time position (5 days a week), working on Saturday is required. The Project and Quality Control Manager will also be available to work in late shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the Quality Control team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in article scraping in a timely manner.
• Develop, implement, and optimize Quality Control workflows to improve accuracy and meet performance targets.
• Identify scraping errors, missing content, or formatting issues, and coordinate with the development team for improvements.
• Set and track KPIs for Quality Control team performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Monitor progress of projects with the IT Development Team.
• Organize and lead testing operations of newly developed software.
• Write manuals and procedures.

Requirements:

• Fluent (verbal and written) in English is a must, knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in IT, Quality Control, or Project Management, with a proven track record of managing teams and optimizing workflows to achieve business targets and meet milestones.
• Ability to motivate and lead the Quality Control team and hold the team accountable.
• Ability to motivate the IT Development Team and hold the team accountable.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills.
• Technical understanding of IT systems, development processes, and software tools.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
