About the role
As Program Manager, you will lead and implement adequate and effective program governance to drive end-to-end program management, including stakeholder executive communications and change control.
Experienced individuals in IT project and program management or governance for 6 to 8 years or above, with strong application development, system integration/implementation and SDLC knowledge will be a great fit for this role.
Responsibilities:
As a Program/Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects.
Your day-to-day activities will involve managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as ensuring project quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Identify and manage project risks and issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and manage the scope of the project.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or above in Business Computer, Information System/Technology, Computer Science or any related fields.
Experience of 8 years in IT Project and Program Management or governance.
Exposure to the Telco industry and knowledge related to CRM, Billing System, Business Intelligence in the Telco Industry.
Experience in projects within application development or system integration areas.
Hands-on experience in technical solutioning.
Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills are a must, as well as leadership skills.
Preferably having program/project management certifications such as PMI-PMP or PRINCE2.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
