You will play a key role in driving our organization's growth by introducing our products and service offerings to the market and growing our payment network in a region. As a Program Director, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading programs/projects from ideation through to completion. You will develop high-quality project charters and plans based on business requirements and available project resources.

We are looking for professionals with 6+ years of experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives, preferably within a startup or dynamic environment. You should have good exposure to Fintech products and financial institutions, and an understanding of financial regulations. You should also have demonstrated expertise in managing strategic marketing campaigns, including digital and 360 campaigns, leading to significant engagement and revenue growth.
