Job description

Responsibilities:

Extract and analyze program-related datasets to provide actionable insights that support business strategies.
Perform ad-hoc data analysis to answer specific business questions and support decision-making, especially in program creation.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support the development and execution of the program.
Develop and maintain user lifecycle dashboard to identify areas for improvement.
Generate weekly reports and provide user insights to stakeholders and the management team.
Conduct data-driven experiment testing to optimize programs and initiatives.
Collaborate with community and marketing teams to execute initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
1-3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or strategy analysis, preferably in the e-commerce or tech industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable business insights.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Familiarity with project management and working with multiple stakeholders is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative and critical thinker with a passion for innovation and growth.
Ability to adapt to dynamic working environments.
