Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily production operations at concrete batching plant
• Manage production foreman and ensure efficient workflow
• Monitor quality control and production standards
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs
• Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed
• Manage production scheduling and output

Requirements:
• Min Bachelor from reputable university, preferably in engineering major
• 5+ years experience in concrete or manufacturing production supervision
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Basic Mandarin language skills (preferred)
• Technical understanding of concrete production processes
• Ability to read technical documents and production reports
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid safety certifications
• Willing to be placed in Bulungan, Kalimantan Utara with roster
