Production Supervisor

Requirements :

• Graduate from Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or electrical engineering or the related field
• Minimum GPA 3,00 out of 4,00
• 2+ years experience for this position
• Experience in production or Automotive manufacturing management
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and quality controls
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinking and strategic planning capabilities
• Must provide superior customer service, ability to adapt to change quickly
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Able to speak English or Japanese is a big advantege
