Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum work experience of 1 year in Manufacture
2. Intermediate in Japanese (min. JLPT N3) is preferred
3. Discipline and ability to work under pressure
4. Willing to work shifts and overtime
5. Willing to be placed in MM2100 Cibitung
6. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Description of Production Staff:

Staff Training & Manpower Control

1. Control of production division manpower needs
2. Creation and control of production training implementation needs
3. Organizer and recap of evaluation of production training results
4. Preparation of three-year budget for manpower and training needs

Staff Budget Control

1. Preparation of o seihan report data (production manpower requirements)
2. Making monthly getsuji report (monthly production cost report)
3. Monthly production cost control
4. Making a three-year budget summary for the production division
5. Checking daily achievement input and updating control items on the prones system
6. Carry out control and monitoring of the production event process (new models, G-Hyou, etc)
7. Control NG products on the prones system
8. Support the implementation and recap of internal and external stock taking results
