Production Manager (Pharmacist)

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manufacturing Manager to oversee our pharmaceutical production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing, regulatory compliance, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with GMP, FDA, and other regulatory standards.
2. Develop and implement production strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
3. Ensure adherence to quality control measures and safety protocols.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, to streamline production processes.
5. Manage and lead a team of production supervisors and operators, providing guidance and training.
6. Monitor manufacturing KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Prepare and manage budgets for production operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
8. Investigate and resolve production issues while ensuring minimal downtime.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Licensed Pharmacist
2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
3. Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, and other regulatory guidelines.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Proficiency in production planning, process optimization.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
7. Effective communication and organizational skills.
