Travel Requirement: 0 – 10%

You will work both in an office and manufacturing shop-floor environment. Domestic relocation is available for this position.

What You Will Do:

• Manage the People, Quality, Velocity and Cost (PQVC) for the value streams.
• Manage staffing, development, and performance management programs for operations staff; motivate and develop the management team.
• Oversee operations activities, ensuring safety, schedules, and performance requirements are met.
• Monitor overall operations performance and implement production safety, cost, and quality control mechanisms.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and maintain a safe manufacturing environment.

What Skills You Have:

• Manufacturing Operations: Knowledge of manufacturing operations and ability to perform day-to-day operations of a manufacturing plant.
• Manufacturing Safety: Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to identify work-related hazards.
• Planning and Organizing: Ability to plan and organize tasks and resources effectively.
• Manufacturing Standards, Procedures and Policies: Knowledge of organizational standards and ability to monitor compliance.
• Production Scheduling and Control: Ability to schedule and control production runs.
• Quality Management: Knowledge of quality management methods and ability to support quality goals.

What Will Set You Apart:

• Educational Background: A minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 7 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within manufacturing industries.
• Language Proficiency: Good proficiency in English is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Physical Requirements (With or Without Reasonable Accommodation):

• This job requires extensive active movement throughout the plant including climbing stairs and steps, lifting devices, and pushing and pulling equipment.
