Production Leader

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure day-to-day production activities comply with cGMP, EHS, and regulations.
2. Manage and execute CAPA in the Production Department as per schedule and ensure sustainable implementation.
3. Monitor production compliance alignment between production and PPIC plan, ensuring all potential delays due to non-conformity (NC) or potential non-conformity (PNC) issues are communicated to related departments.

Qualifications:

1. Pharmacist or bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Industrial Engineering.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field.
