Production Assistant Manager ( PAM )

A Japanese Multinational Company located in Industrial Area Estate Pasuruan (PIER) Pasuruan - East Java is seeking a reputable candidate to fill the position below to develop the organization:

Job Description:

• Supervise the implementation and achievement of production targets and fulfillment of deliveries according to the schedule.
• Maintain the smooth production process.
• Coordinate between departments to support smooth production.
• Innovate and improvise to reduce production losses.
• Conduct studies and activities to improve machine performance and employee productivity.
• Implement and monitor the corporate culture.
• Make reports and work evaluations for the general manager or directors.

Qualification Requirements:

• Maximum 40 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in any field.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in a manufacturing company (Experience in the field of wood panel/MDF is preferred).
• Able to communicate well and have good leadership skills.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to operate MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Fluent in Japanese (Minimum JLPT Certificate N2 or Training Certificate AOTS).
• Domicile or willing to stay around Pasuruan.
