Plan and evaluate all production process activities periodically to ensure the products produced can meet specified food quality standards and production
Plan and organize the flow of the production process to ensure that the entire production process runs in accordance with applicable SOP
Supervise and identify reporting results for each production machine and submit requests for repairs to production machines to ensure all production machines are in good condition and can run smoothly
Plan and evaluate the maintenance of all production machines according to the specified schedule to ensure the machines are ready for use and minimize downtime
Standardize and evaluate documentation activities for each production process to ensure all documents related to the production process are complete and valid
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or Mechanical Engineering
At least having 5 years experience handle dairy products
Having deep knowledge about dairy & beverage Product
Experience in HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC, KQCP, KPI, CCP, PRP, ALERGEN, HAS 23000-1, SJPH, and GMP
