Product Trainer & MS Support (Team Leader) - Surabaya

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in achieving promotor targets and reporting to the supervisor (including maintenance, looking for new promotor, evaluate needs of promotor at store area)
• Monitor the achievement of SPG/SPM targets by updating achievement in daily report
• Determine promotor targets
• Actively communicate with Stores/Brand Partners
• Create team and sales performance reports (including breakdown sales target & sales commission)
• Assist Supervisor in planning, implementing and supervising sales operations and promotional activities
• Assist supervisor in availability of goods, visibility, merchandising in the area and other sales and marketing support activities.
• Set targets and recap key person target & achievement

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Communication or any related major
• Interest in branding, marketing, and public communication field
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related position (team leader promotor/SPG/SPM)
• Strong management, time management & leadership skills
• Good communication skills, multitasking, and an outgoing personality
• Able to travel around the Jatim Area
• Possess a good sense of creativity, analytical skills, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
