Job Description:

• Schedule and conduct technical meetings with customers.
• Assist the team in surveying the TV devices used by customers.
• Create an installation delivery timeline for customers.
• Coordinate with the Product team to provide training on the application usage.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing Team for purchasing routers for Chromecast and TV channels (Transvision digital TV and Video).
• Coordinate with the Logistics team for STB requests and delivery to customer locations.
• Ensure all projects are completed according to the established timeline.
• Create a project completion report (BAST) related to the installation and ensure all application functions operate normally.
• Perform after-sales application updates if a new release of the application is available.
• Handle troubleshooting tickets from MOD for any issues related to the application and coordinate with the customer to resolve these issues.
• Coordinate with the Developer team if any bugs are identified.
