Product Storyteller

We are on a hunt for a Product Storyteller to create Torch’s products Unique Selling Proposition (USP) become more attractive through integrated concept plan and copywriting for our target audience. As a Product Storyteller, you will do effective planning and copywriting that can drive customer engagement, conversion, and click through rate, in order to contribute for the success of marketing campaigns.

Job Role

• Strong initiatives, self-driven, and result orientation is a must to achieve every goal ahead.
• Develop Buyer Personas, customer segmentation strategies, and emotional benefit of the products for each persona.
• Craft clear and compelling product messaging that resonates with the target audience for various marketing materials, including website content, product descriptions, blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, ad campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Define and communicate the Unique Selling Proposition (USP) of the product, into engaging storytelling.
• Plan and execute product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
• Develop go-to-market strategies that include channel selection, pricing, and promotional tactics.
• Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing assets (e.g., ads, videos, photos, banners).
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion rates).
• Stay updated on industry trends, fashion terminology, and competitor activities to inform and enhance content creation.
• Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Min. 3 years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or related roles, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
• Strong initiative, self-driven, and results-oriented to meet campaign objectives and business goals.
• Proven ability to develop Buyer Personas, customer segmentation strategies, and emotional product benefits.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills to craft compelling product messaging across multiple platforms.
• Experience in planning and executing go-to-market strategies and product launches.
• Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion rates, click-through rates) and making data-driven decisions.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative, sales, and marketing teams to develop impactful campaigns.
• Passion for fashion, branding, and consumer behavior, with a keen eye for industry trends and competitive positioning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to align messaging with the brand’s vision and engage customers effectively.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
