Then come in and join our Siemens Healthineers Indonesia team as a Product Specialist for Ultrasound. You will be responsible for the development of product strategy by identifying the market and business objectives for Ultrasound products, articulating the vision to the team, and driving it through the sales team to focus on the objectives. This role involves working closely with Business Partners, Sales Team, Marketing, and Engineering Teams to promote and enhance ultrasound products. The role reports directly to the Ultrasound Business Manager.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will set up the product strategy of the business to achieve the sales goals and execute it through driving the sales team in the field with good articulation and effective communication.
- You will build the market understanding, product knowledge, and clinical application of the sales team to ensure high performance that meets customers’ standards.
- You will increase the win rate and accelerate revenue growth through:
- Increasing the funnel visibility by engaging with customers through demos and product presentations, optimizing workshops, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.
- Monitoring and evaluating the funnel process on a weekly basis, and analyzing revenue by product on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Leading the rolling forecast with the Sales Team to ensure it is reflected as the LBE by product.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure customer support is available according to service after sales, finance negotiation, administration, and channel management.
- Ensuring that the processes adhere to the compliance and quality standards of the company.
- Drawing up the plans above and reporting it on a quarterly basis.
- Strong collaboration with other modalities for product bundling and creatively coming up with innovative ways to keep the sales team focused on ultrasound.
Your qualifications and experiences:
- You hold a successfully completed bachelor’s degree in radiologic technology/radiographer, sonographer, cardiovascular technology, or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Product Specialist/Sales or in a similar role.
- You have in-depth knowledge of Ultrasound technology and applications.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- You are proficient in English (both written and verbal) due to the requirements of the role.
