Job Description:

Our client, a prominent U.S.-based company known for its wide and innovative range of construction and building products, seeks an expert to oversee and optimize lab operations and testing procedures.

1. Demonstrate and present GCP products and their applications to consultants and architects.
2. Resolve cement-related issues at batching plants and job sites by providing technical advice and solutions.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, especially with Technical Managers, QC Managers, and Optimization Managers.
4. Anticipate and assess shifts in market demands for cement and materials, and prepare for required adjustments.
5. Conduct training sessions on products and cement for commercial teams and customers.
6. Ensure that both existing and new products meet the requirements of customers and projects.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in the cement industry, with expertise in concrete technology and on-site troubleshooting.
3. Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently, with a self-motivated and positive attitude.
5. Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; fluency in English is an additional advantage.
