Provide technical operations support for internal and external stakeholders of Traveloka products and systems and manage the coordination independently.
Work closely with the product development team, as well as other internal and external teams to provide timely manner and quality support.
Act as a technical subject matter expert during the integration process with our partners and develop/improve current SOP & business processes.
Receive, analyze, gather more information, prioritize, document, and actively resolve or escalate requests/issues until their resolution with minimum supervision.
Maintain an up-to-date operation process and instructions, as well as a product knowledge base for stakeholders.
Able to identify pain points, produce insights, and propose tangible, detailed improvements for the products managed.
