What you’ll do

We operate in Indonesia’s healthcare industry, providing healthcare solutions to hospitals and large healthcare providers. This opportunity is to oversee the product marketing launch of a new product line.

In your role you will lead the end-to-end product marketing launch of our new product line. This is a fast moving space to build a completely new brand from scratch. You will oversee the development of the product’s brand, value proposition, and all marketing-materials needed to enable the sales team.

You will get the chance to work in a lean and high performing team, coordinating with our business, sales and engineering team to ensure a successful product launch.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic marketing: Develop the overall marketing strategy for product launch to develop the branding, value proposition, and the resources needed to educate and build customer awareness.
  • Sales enablement: Work with Sales Managers to develop a channel marketing strategy targeted at B2B healthcare providers. Includes designing the key tools needed to enable a sales team (for example Product pamphlets, sales material, branding resources, communication materials).
  • Campaign execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, consistency, and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Opportunity spotting: Develop market knowledge, understanding, and insights to identify the business opportunities and ways of developing the business. Support raising the company’s profile via events, conferences, and customer meetings.
  • Competitor analysis: Conduct Brands’ business and competitor analysis to extract market and industry insights.
  • Marketing leadership: Play an active role in leading the development of our marketing capabilities and team across the Company.
