Product Marketing Manager

PT CitraDimensi Arthali is a pioneer in the processed seafood industry, as a manufacturer, importer, and distributor of frozen seafood processed food products based on surimi with the CEDEA brand.

We are seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager with a proven track record in the food industry, specifically frozen food, to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth in this dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute innovative product marketing strategies for the frozen food category to achieve growth targets.
2. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive insights, translating them into actionable marketing plans.
3. Product Development Collaboration: Work closely with R&D and production teams to guide the development of new products and ensure market fit.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, distribution, and retail partners.
5. Brand Positioning: Maintain and enhance brand positioning by ensuring alignment with market expectations and company vision.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the frozen food or FMCG sector.
3. Demonstrated ability to lead and execute marketing strategies with measurable success.
4. Strong understanding of the frozen food market, including consumer behaviors and industry trends.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
6. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
