Product Manager - Real-Time Analytics Platform

About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in building our next-generation, in-house real-time analytics platform tailored for business, product, and marketing teams. Your role will involve managing large-scale clickstream data, ensuring data quality, and developing advanced analytics capabilities, including user journey analysis, cohort analysis, behavioral segmentation, funnel optimization, and retention tracking. In the first six months, you will focus on improving clickstream data quality, enhancing data trust, and enriching metadata management to ensure reliable analytics. Additionally, you will enhance advanced reporting and visualization capabilities and enable self-serve analytics with advanced filtering, segmentation, and customizable reporting options. Your work will empower Gojek teams to make faster, data-driven decisions, driving the future of data analytics across the organization.

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap for our real-time analytics platform, with a focus on data quality, user journey analysis, cohort analysis, and flexible reporting and visualization capabilities.
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the needs of stakeholders, including product, marketing, and business teams.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—such as engineering, data science, analytics, and operations—to deliver high-quality, scalable products.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on data analysis, user feedback, business impact, and evolving needs, ensuring the platform remains competitive and user-centric.
• Leverage data-driven insights to inform product decisions, define detailed requirements, and measure the impact of platform features.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success, optimize user engagement, and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate product updates, progress, challenges, and future plans effectively to stakeholders across all levels of the organization, ensuring transparency and alignment.

• 3+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 year specializing in data platforms, real-time analytics, or related products, including user behavior analysis, cohort analysis, and retention tracking.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical products in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and the ability to translate data insights into actionable product strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of inspiring, motivating, and guiding cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious product goals and drive innovation.

About the Team

The mission of the Gojek Data organization is to elevate user satisfaction, foster trust, and deliver significant value to our customers and company through advanced data analytics and self-serve platforms. Our team manages a spectrum of critical technologies, including data platforms, data science platforms, real-time data streaming, and batching solutions. We also work closely with customer engagement and insights platforms such as Marketing Comms, self-serve analytics, experimentation, segmentation, and product analytics. These platforms are central to Gojek’s offerings, enabling everything from dynamic pricing and driver allocation to personalized food recommendations and fraud prevention.
