Job Role

1. An expert in the product landscape, preferably in defense and intelligence. Lead research and analysis of competitors' features, metrics, and trends in big data analytics and security products.
2. Define the product strategy and roadmap to drive company revenue.
3. Plan and manage the internal product cadence, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and timely delivery of product milestones.
4. Conduct quantitative, qualitative, business, and strategic analyses to identify, develop, and implement revenue-generating and cost-saving products in the defense and intelligence industry.
5. Manage the product development lifecycle by translating product strategy into detailed requirements, operational processes, and prototypes. Ensure fluency in effective development practices.
6. Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.

Requirements

1. At least 4-5 years of experience at a top-tier tech or engineering firm with a strong track record in building and growing products as a Product Manager.
2. A background in computer science or engineering is an advantage.
3. Experienced professionals from Technology, Business, Management, or Strategy consulting are encouraged to apply.
4. Proven experience leading at least one product as a Product Manager.
5. Solid technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and market analysis.
