Product Manager - Kredifazz

We are looking for Product Managers that have a technical background and analytical skills and are able to collaborate with teams across divisions to deeply understand their opportunities and challenges. Together with UI/UX designers and engineers, you will create high-impact solutions for our products.

About The Role

1. Drive end-to-end product development, starting with idea initiation, writing high-quality product requirements with supporting data from analysis and technical flow (if needed), product grooming, assisting in development and testing, and identifying and defining key metrics to measure product performance.
2. Monitor defined and existing key metrics to identify issues and improve the product.
3. Drive data-informed decisions by integrating user research, data analysis (conducting what-if/pros and cons), and stakeholder feedback into product requirements.
4. Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
5. Work closely with various stakeholders, including engineering, designers, analysts, data science, risk, and other divisions to implement new features and enhancements.

About You

Must Haves:

1. 2-5 years of experience in product development with knowledge in product management.
2. Strong communication skills, positive energy, self-starter, and a strong drive to make things happen.
3. Ability to learn quickly, feel comfortable teaching yourself new skills, and work in a complex and fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent analytical, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
5. Capability to understand technical concepts and brainstorm with Engineers.
6. Technical skills in Query.

Nice To Haves:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or other related fields.
2. A technical background.
3. Experience working in a startup environment.
4. Experience as a business analyst or system analyst.
5. Experience in launching a product from scratch and scaling it.
